I work with children, adolescents, and adults. For those living in Campinas, sessions are offered in person; for those in other cities or countries, sessions are available online. I work with patients who speak English, Portuguese, or Spanish. I respond in English or Portuguese — whichever the patient feels most comfortable with.
Analysis for adults
Psychoanalysis is a method of exploring personality that allows a person to reflect on themselves in ways they previously never imagined possible.
Through analysis, a person can deal with their difficulties and think about themselves in ways they never imagined possible. They begin to perceive themselves in a broader, deeper, and perhaps more interesting way, as it fosters the construction of more nourishing and complex emotional bonds. Psychoanalysis is suitable for all ages and is a very enriching experience for those willing to undergo it.
Analysis for teenagers
Adolescence is one of the most vibrant stages of life—and also one of the most disorienting. Not because it's a problem to be solved, but because it's a time when everything is still unfolding: identity, desire, and the world itself.
Going to therapy during this stage isn't about finding answers. It's about learning to live with the questions—with more curiosity than anxiety, and with more depth than urgency.
It's an invitation to discover who you are, not who you think you're supposed to be.
Analysis for children
Psychoanalysis with children produces the same results as psychoanalysis with adults, but the work is done through other forms of childhood communication, such as play. Parents are supported in this process, but the goal is to help the child deal with their own issues. Psychoanalysis fosters the child's emotional growth with authenticity, freedom, and responsibility. It involves being able to receive the anxieties of both parents and child respectfully, always working towards the child's emotional development.
